Use APEX systems for learning, teaching, parent communication and authorized academy administration.
Prohibited use
- Sharing passwords or verification codes.
- Accessing another user’s records without authorization.
- Uploading malware, abusive, infringing or unlawful content.
- Attempting to bypass security, permissions, rate limits or audit controls.
- Using student data for unrelated marketing or personal purposes.
- Harassment, impersonation, cheating, fraud or disruption of academy services.
Enforcement
Access may be restricted or suspended where necessary to protect learners, staff, systems or records. Serious matters may be referred to academy management or relevant authorities.
