Institutional use
APEX Learning Hub may use Google Workspace for Education or other Google Workspace services for teaching, learning, communication and institutional administration where the academy is eligible and the services are approved/configured.
Managed accounts
An academy-managed Google account is administered by authorized institutional administrators. Administrators may create, suspend, rename or delete managed accounts and control which Workspace services are available.
Student and guardian information
Where required, the academy may request parent/guardian acknowledgement or consent before provisioning or enabling services for a minor student. Users should follow academy instructions about appropriate use of managed accounts.
Third-party services
Google services are operated by Google and may have service-specific notices and terms. This page describes APEX’s institutional configuration and does not state that Google has approved or endorsed the academy.
