What acknowledgement covers
The consent form can record acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy, Terms, acceptable use, optional communications, managed Google Workspace account provisioning, and optional analytics/cookie choices. The exact choices shown on the form are recorded with the policy version and timestamp.
Withdrawal
Where a processing activity relies on consent, a user may request withdrawal for future processing. Withdrawal does not invalidate prior processing and may not apply where the academy relies on another legitimate or legal basis.
