Account identifiers
APEX may issue usernames, account IDs, student IDs, parent IDs, admission/registration numbers and class roll numbers according to administrator-defined templates.
Role-based access
Students access their own records, parents/guardians access linked children, teachers access assigned academic areas, and administrators receive only the permissions appropriate to their role.
Social login
Google Sign-In, when enabled, is used to authenticate or link an existing account. A Google account does not automatically grant academy permissions.
Deactivation and deletion
Deactivation blocks login but may preserve academic history. Account deletion is a separate process described on the Account Deletion page.
