What happens next
- We record your request and may verify your identity.
- After verification, account access and active authentication links are revoked.
- Personal profile fields are deleted or anonymized where feasible.
- Academic, financial, security or institutional records may be retained only where a legitimate record-keeping reason applies, as explained in the Data Retention Policy.
Deactivation alone is not treated as a completed deletion request.
