Use of the service
These terms govern use of the APEX Learning Hub website, portal and mobile application. Users must use the service only for lawful educational and administrative purposes.
Accounts
Accounts are personal to the assigned user. Users must protect passwords and verification codes, provide accurate information, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Academic information
Portal information supports academy administration. Official academic or financial records are subject to academy verification and applicable institutional procedures.
Acceptable conduct
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt systems, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, misuse student information, or use academy systems for harassment or unlawful activity.
Third-party services
Some functions rely on third-party services such as Google, Firebase, hosting or email providers. Their availability and separate terms may apply.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, suspend or change features to protect users, meet academic needs, or improve reliability. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve important records.
