Scope
This notice supplements the main Privacy Policy for the APEX mobile application.
Account and academy data
The app may display account profile information, classes, attendance, tests, results, notices, messages, fees and other records authorized for the signed-in role.
Technical information
The app may process authentication tokens, app version, device/network diagnostics and security information required to connect to the APEX server. Any Firebase or analytics SDK usage must be reflected in the app’s Google Play Data safety declarations.
Account deletion
Users can initiate an account-deletion request through the in-app account area or the public Account Deletion web page.
